Optimus Primer and our Pinky Promise lash glue work together to create a strong bond. 

OP cleans the natural lashes of any excess oils to enhance a clean foundation before the lash application 

If clients lashes are extremely dirty complete a lash bath before applying OP.

Instructions:

• Apply Optimus Primer to a clean lip swab brush 
• While clients eyes are closed, wipe away oils on the base of natural lashes
• Fan until dry

Remember a little goes a long way

H2O, Ethyl alcohol, PVP, Sodium polyacrylate.
